Kristin Oakes is the property manager for Harbor Landing Condominiums in addition to sales and leasing agent for Rain Residential. Born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, she graduated from MGCCC and her career began with Real Estate Appraisals in 2002. In three short years she was part owner of Coast Property & Appraisals where she continued to expand her knowledge as a real estate profession as well as interpersonal skills obtained from owning and growing a business.

In 2011 she acquired a Real Estate Sales license and began working in both sales and property management for Rain Residential. With an enthusiastic outlook, energetic spirit and fresh ideas coupled with knowledge and expertise for Real Estate on the Gulf Coast, Krisin is able to provide all of her clients with a level of customer service that exceeds expectations.

Roxy Condrey is the managing broker and owner of Rain Residential and an accomplished real estate professional with experience in residential and commercial sales along with expertise in real estate marketing.  Throughout her real estate career, she has been instrumental in producing marketing strategy and implementation of innovative techniques to add value to investment and development properties.

Her real estate career began on the Emerald Coast of Florida working for a decorated Florida developer and builder.  After achieving top sales production in many of the subdivisions that she was involved in, she went on to receive her Brokers license in Florida, Alabama and Mississippi.

Upon moving to Mississippi Gulf Coast, Roxy has been awarded the Top Producer award from the Gulf Coast Association of Realtors in addition to obtaining the SRS Designation (Seller Representative Specialist - is the premiere seller agency designation, conferred by the SRS Council, recognizing real estate professionals who have completed special education in seller representation).

In addition to a bachelors degree in Marketing and Psychology from Louisiana State University, she is a graduate from the Realtor® Institute(GRI), received international and cultural education while traveling the world and participating in international field work pertaining to her Marketing degree, and worked as the top sales agent for a Louisiana advertisement and sales company prior to her real estate career.
